BooHoo films BooHoo’s goal is to provide opportunities to promote local filmmakers on a regular basis. Download submission form here (MS Word .doc 29KB) We have been organising regular screenings and promoting local filmmakers since March 2006. Beginning in April, we are holding monthly competitions that will culminate in July with cash and prizes for filmmakers. Audience popularity will determine the finalists and there will be prizes for filmmakers to win along the way. So we are looking to show as many local films as we can possibly get our hands on, and then encourage the filmmakers to drum up support for their film to win the prizes and the inaugural BooHoo filmmaker trophy.
